Jean-Paul Cadic

Jean-Paul Cadic was born in Paimpol - at the port - in 1941. His father was a navy blacksmith mechanic and his mother sold drinks and marine fertilizers. He trained for the Merchant Navy but after a few months at sea, had to give it up for health reasons. Now a retired bank manager, he is president of the Association des Amis du Musée de la Mer de Paimpol. (Friends of the Paimpol Maritime Museum Association).
