Tudi Kernalegenn is the Director of Bretagne Culture Diversité. He has a PhD in Political Science and his research concerns territorial politics and the territories of politics, exploring a wide variety of subjects: social movements, ecology, regionalism, migration… In 2018, he published 30 ans de démocratie régionale. Des régions pour quoi faire? (30 Years of Regional Democracy. What are Regions For?) (Berger-Levrault) with Romain Pasquier. In 2020, he published La vague nationale des années 1968. Une comparaison internationale (The National Wave of the Long 1968s. An International Comparison) (University of Ottawa Press) with Joel Belliveau and Jean-Olivier Roy.
