Julien Hillion

Julien Hillion has a PhD in Contemporary History and is an associate member of the TEMOS-CNRS laboratory. His scientific works are based on the Belle-Île-en-Mer Penitentiary Colony. He is also a writer and director and has written a documentary which tells the troubled tale of a boy from Paris broken by the cells of Belle-Ile. (Théret n°487, LFB Productions, 52 min., 2023).
